Hilton Strasbourg
Visitors frequently praise the hotel's spacious rooms, attentive and friendly staff, and convenient location near the conference center and tram stop for easy access to the city. However, some guests have experienced issues with air conditioning not working, and there are concerns about breakfast being expensive and a lack of security leading to theft.

The hotel is aging, with a somewhat kitschy decor at the entrance. It could use a renovation. However, it has a great location and is well-served by public transport. The rooms are decent, spacious, and well-equipped.
'Why check into a Hilton?' I hear you cry. Because you are made to feel appreciated, are looked after so well and nothing is too much trouble. The Hilton Strasbourg is no exception to this. Superb on all fronts.
A terrible experience for the simple fact that our friends, on the last day of their vacation, had their backpack, which was being kept by a friend and in which they were keeping personal belongings and documents, stolen by pickpockets during breakfast. Unsupervised entry into the dining room allows skilled pickpockets access. I sincerely hope the management takes responsibility for the damages suffered by both the individuals and the entire group of tourists. A disgrace for the Hilton.
Great location with a short walk to the nearest tram and bus stops, making it easy to get around the city. The staff were all friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The room was nicely decorated, and the bed provided the level of comfort I have come to expect from a Hilton property. All of the room's amenities and necessities functioned well. I especially appreciated that, rather than providing the usual bottled water, the hotel supplied a carafe that could be refilled at a filtered water station. It was a thoughtful and environmentally friendly touch. The shower included some leftover fixtures from a previous renovation, which made its operation a bit confusing at first. However, the shower itself worked perfectly and had excellent water pressure. The only downside was that, during the heat wave, the room temperature remained around 25°C (77°F) overnight despite the air conditioning. The breakfast was plentiful and outstanding, with a wide variety of options and something for everyone. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would gladly return.
Friendly check in and good location, very close to a tram station, which brings you everywhere. Also good reach with Uber. Parking is on site and free for Hilton dias members. The rooms, as well as the hotel, are quite old. During our stay it was very hot and unfortunately the Aircon is very weak, so we had between 28 and 29 degrees in our room. The window also just opens a bit, so cooling is difficult. The breakfast is ok, food in the executive lounge is good, but service in the evening has a lot room for improvement.
