The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating, there's no other way to describe it. However, the rooms are very dated; there's rustic oak everywhere, and everything is broken and worn, so I don't think a hotel can be described as that. Breakfast was described as very good, but unfortunately, I can't confirm that at all.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Perfect for a short trip!** I stayed at this hotel alone for a short city break and was absolutely thrilled. The location is ideal, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the value for money is excellent. The breakfast deserves special mention – for just €10, you get a delicious and plentiful selection. But what truly makes this hotel special are the incredibly warm and welcoming owners. They personally attend to each guest and cater to individual requests – a rare and very pleasant experience in a city hotel. For anyone looking for good, affordable accommodation for a short stay: highly recommended!

A nice, simple, and clean hotel if you're staying in Osnabrück for one or two nights. The furnishings are a bit older (but in good condition), and the relatively narrow shower with shower curtain certainly doesn't meet the latest standards, but you know that when you book a (really cheap) two-star hotel. Everything is clean and functional, and the large (apparently fairly new) beds are super comfortable. The owner's friendly manner is particularly noteworthy. Although we didn't have breakfast, I was offered a coffee early in the morning. The owner is very friendly and makes guests feel very welcome. If he's not on site, check-in is easy over the phone. We would recommend the hotel.
