I used this hotel again and was not disappointed. I would give the service at least 10 stars. I would gladly return.
An excellent option in St. Gallen, ideally located, affordable, with big clean rooms, very good breakfast and a multilingual and very helpful staff. Special thanks to Monika for her useful advice.
A charming old hotel. Some of the corridors leading to the rooms are quite winding. Everything is very clean, a complimentary bottle of water is provided, and there's a refrigerator. There's an elevator, but not all rooms are wheelchair accessible. The hotel is located right in the heart of the old town. It has a lovely bar and a covered terrace. Breakfast is good!
