Nikos Panagiotareas House is a small, family-run guesthouse in Mikri Mantineia, a coastal village a few kilometres south-east of Kalamata on the road towards the Mani. It is a mainstream place, gay-friendly, and not an LGBTQ+ venue. It has only a few dozen reviews, but they are positive. The village has a pebble beach and tavernas. Kalamata, with its airport and port, is a short drive away, and the Mani villages are within day-trip range. There is no gay nightlife in the area, so this is a quiet base for a coast-and-countryside trip. A car is close to essential.

I have stayed at Panagiotareas's house multiple times the past decade and everything has been exceptional. A huge cozy house with amazing views of the area and a location that is hard to describe (the house is literally built on the sea-shore rocks). Service and communications have been amazing and very timely! Would highly recommend!

The hosts are so friendly ❤️ the house as a view of paradise, the place is owned by old lovely Greek couple who gave us places to hidden gems, really 10/10 and will visit again.
