Living Place Hotel Bologna

The reception staff were extremely kind and attentive to customers. It's not easy to find them in their positions. Alice and Giulia were top notch. The passion they showed for their work amazed me. I'd also add that the restaurant, in addition to the good food, offers excellent service; they're young and professional.

We stayed at this hotel with our family and had a truly wonderful time. Debora and Elisa were always kind, helpful, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The pool is superb: clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing and having fun with the kids. A pleasant stay that we happily recommend!

Deborah and Elisa very helpful staff, help us to organise our trip around Bologna. The room are very clean but the amazing thing is the pool, is the perfect place to stay just a bit out of the city but connected to everything. The bus 89 connect very easy to the city.

The complex is simply wonderful: meticulously maintained, spotlessly clean, modern, and equipped with every comfort needed to ensure a perfect stay or experience. The spaces are beautifully organized, and the atmosphere is extremely pleasant and welcoming. ​The real added value, however, is the staff. From the very beginning, everyone proved incredibly professional, kind, and always available to meet our every need with a smile. Overall the hotel was nice and so was the food but i am giving 2 stars because of the situation i have witnessed. At the pool one lady started drowning and yelling for help. Two lifeguards women were totally unbothered and didn’t even turn around unless my sister told them that somebody needs help. They still didn’t seem to care, one of them threw a life ring that landed 2 meters from the drowning lady and didn’t help at all since she was still drowning. Finally after my sister told her to get in the water and help she did so but she seemed very unpleased that she would get wet. When she got into the pool the other lifeguard started recording with a phone, presumably to prove that they helped. Be careful with the kids and watch them since the lifeguards are busy talking to each other instead of helping and do everything not to do their job. This behavior is unacceptable. The pool is really deep and unmarked.

Beautiful but dated structure, neglected corridors with dirty and worn carpets, dated porches and furniture do their job but over time have become unsuitable, the shower tray itself is worn with horrible stains that look dirty, I complained to reception about the change of bed linens as they were clearly used by previous guests, the reception was impeccable as was all the staff, extremely trained but unfortunately they are few in such a gigantic structure, a sore point, on departure I forgot a hair straightener of considerable value in the room, after four phone calls it was not found but for this there will be other places to discuss it, shame that because of a single disloyal person the structure and employees are judged badly, I definitely will not return.
