Been staying here for decades. Lovely place, always just drive up and they find a room for me and a parking spot. Feels like your secret Hideaway.
Stayed here with my wife for 4 days. For us the room was great. We ended up having a private patio that had a perfect view of the ocean. Breakfast included was huge, and pretty good. It’s a bit of a walk to some of the farther beaches and up to town is a hike unless you take the tram.
Great location and sea view from terrace. The location is fantastic – just 50 meters from Lido La Pigna beach via a short staircase and about 5-6 min walk to Isola Bella. The Funivia Mazzarò–Taormina cable car is very close, and there are supermarkets and shops nearby. We had a beautiful sea view while we had our hotel breakfast. We stayed for 2 nights. Staff were very friendly and good and easy with communication. Breakfast (included) was perfectly fine. Parking is available for €15 per day, but you need to reserve in advance – otherwise, spots may be full. Unfortunately, the rooms are extremely outdated. The floor was coming loose, the bathroom was worn, and the shower pressure was low. With proper renovation, this could be an amazing place to stay.
I was there with my family for two nights. In spite of corresponding with hotel guy regarding parking spot from 6 months ago, there was no parking once I arrived. The other thing is no coverage of internet in the room. We haven't had any internet during our stay. Other hing,like breakfast it was good. Also, it is pretty dangerous while going in and out with your vehicle due to blind points of the street.
Very nice location, friendly people with good breakfast and restaurant. A very attentive owner /family there.
