Plaza Regency Hotel

The hotel is in a very good location. It's on the promenade, close to the rocky, narrow coastline. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. There's a bus stop right next to the hotel. Entrance to the hotel is through the restaurant. The hotel is clean, with a good breakfast, and the staff are very friendly.

The hotel is in a great location. We had a room in the building with the rooftop pool. Our room was facing the sea and the bay, a really lovely atmosphere. Even though the area is busy, it somehow still feels calm and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant staff clearly put in effort and do a great job. Overall, I felt very comfortable during the 6 days we stayed at the hotel. I was there in wonderful company, and I’m sure Sliema will stay in our memory for good reasons, thanks in part to the hotel staff as well.

Mediocre hotel; we were not in the main building but in the building next door. They are connected on the 6th floor by a (closed) bridge over the street. Rooms are very small and in need of a thorough renovation. They were clean, though. We had a sea-view room with a small balcony; two chairs can fit facing each other with a small table in between. The dining room is very uninviting, and the breakfast buffet is meager and tasteless. It is a shame that you cannot enjoy eating outside in such a sunny country. The pool and rooftop terrace are fine, but the cocktails at the bar on the rooftop terrace are very mediocre. The hotel's location is very nice. You walk past various restaurants on a pleasant promenade and are in no time at all in the nightlife of St. Juliens. We left very early on Sunday, and the hotel refused to prepare breakfast to go or even lay out an apple. We did pay for this breakfast, by the way. The hotel gets my 3 stars only for the location.

Great location,staff very helpful and friendly the hotel cleaned regularly pool is great sun loungers near also a sun terrace with pool bar.will deffo come back highly recommend.

Staff were very helpfull. Ford was great and Rooms were spotless. Overall service was great.

Nicely located, very clean, and very welcoming. The rooftop is fantastic, but the pool hours are a bit limited.

I had read some negative reviews, but some of them didn't seem fair to me. I booked and stayed at this hotel for three nights. Single beds were available; I requested a double, and they accommodated my request. I must say, it was an excellent choice. The location is fantastic, right on the most beautiful promenade on the island. The room was spotless, fully equipped, on the third floor, with a balcony overlooking the sea. It was simply fantastic. In the evening, sipping a drink with a breathtaking view was a great experience. Another positive aspect was the swimming pool on the eighth and top floor. It was small, but also fully equipped with umbrellas, loungers, and tables, and, most importantly, a view of the sea and the bay. The location is strategic for getting everywhere; the bus stop is right below the hotel, and runs day and night, including direct connections to the airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent.

I can only recommend it! It was close to everything, the room was impeccable, the pool on the roof was amazing. Our plane left at 10 pm, we could leave our suitcase there until then and use the pool!

A truly beautiful hotel, meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail. Spacious and clean rooms, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Excellent location, highly recommended.
