Shopping here was a dream. I was a complicated shopper, needing help with a couple things as buying for a friend as well as myself, but the shop assistant (sorry I didn't ask your name, but you had a hot pair of New Rock boots on I think) was so incredibly helpful, showing me other products, grabbing things from the stockroom and answering every question I had. Thankyou so much for your patience and hard work, I will return again to treat myself some more!

Sadly the quality of Mister b products has declined in the past year. Rubber gets thinner and thinner. On top of it, Mister b offers zero customer service.

I bought four bottles of cleaner in April, and unfortunately, all four had leaked before purchase. I didn’t realize this until the day I was departing for home. When I returned in July, the selection was more limited. I asked for four bottles—two of each of two specific brands—but they weren’t paying attention, and I ended up with only three of what I wanted and one of a brand I don’t like. I guess this place is like McDonald’s now—you’d better start checking your purchases before you leave.

Had the most amazing customer service here. I wish we got the name of the associate who helped us because he was so friendly and kind and deserves a shoutout! So informative and assisted with our purchase. Recommend Mister B 100x over!!
