DINNER

Spent the day celebrating the 17th of may in Oslo with family members, and we had a table booked for 16:00. The majority of us arrived a little earlier, so we had to wait for maybe 5-10 minutes at the bar before being seated at our table. We also had a member of our party that'd arrive a little later, which the staff handled well, affording us room for them without any issue. The staff overall felt like they were attentive to our needs, and food preferences as well, accommodating as best as they could, refilled our glasses with water when they noticed it was nearing empty. The food was delicious, I went with wagyu dumplings, and springrolls which served well as an appetizer and had pleasant flavours overall. As a main I had crispy duck which also proved quite the treat, and finally I had fried banana with ice cream for desert, this is where I'll lower the food rating a little, while it was a well composed dish overall, and quite tasty (even the strawberry was far better tasting than I'd have expected in the spring time) I will say that I was a little disappointed with how small the portion of the desert was, I'm used to at least getting a whole banana the rare times I order that, but here it was two small pieces that I doubt would account for even half of one. It's a minor criticism, and if I could give a half star for it I would, but here we are. I am a little uncertain for how much the bill came to per person as we were a party of five and I just paid for all of it, but I think as a very rough estimate it was around 800-1100 NOK I will, and have recommended this place after my visit, and I certainly would go there again as a rare treat. Edit: I think I forgot to mention, that the atmosphere overall, felt like a place with some level of class all in all.

Very good service and delicious food - you just have to experience it!

Today, after leaving City Hall, I saw a Chinese restaurant on Google Maps. Everything was wonderful from the moment I entered until I finished my meal. The staff were exceptionally helpful. After ordering, they showed me the food, and only after I was satisfied did they take it to the kitchen to prepare. The food was so delicious and satisfying; I felt so happy.

Bad service.

Decent enough. Took a very long time to get all the meals we ordered. The kitchen had problems so they did. We waited well over three hours in total and then it was just to get what we had ordered in advance. We only got a small apology that the kitchen had problems as info. No form of compensation or discount because of that. We were six people who had expected a slightly better experience than this as we had ordered both tables and food in advance.

Dinner Restaurant in Oslo is an absolute standout. The atmosphere is sleek and intimate—the illuminated stone bar alone is worth the visit—and the food delivers on every level. The dim sum is exceptional, with creative flavor combinations and top-quality ingredients, and the mains (especially the Wagyu and crispy duck) are cooked to perfection. Service was polished and attentive without being overbearing. If you’re looking for a memorable dining experience in Oslo, this place hits the mark.
