What reviewers say

Many visitors praise the food as very good, tasty, and well-presented, with some highlighting specific dishes like dim sum. However, a common complaint is slow and sometimes unfriendly service, particularly during busy periods, leading to long waits for food and drinks.

We ordered 3 dishes and the scampi, orange chicken was ok but the vegetarian dish called vegetar kylling gangbao was not at all good.Very disappointed with the vegetarian chicken dish at Dinners Oslo. The dish lacked flavour completely and the texture and presentation were just a mess. Definitely not worth the price or expectations.

Food is great but book early for quick service. Arrive at the dinner rush and expect to wait 15-30 minutes for appateizers then 45-60 for your mains. Waiting staff is excellent but during dinner rush make sure to wave down your waiter or else you won’t be attended for 20 min and your drinks will be as empty as your stomach.

The food was really good but the service was slow and kind of unfriendly. We were seven persons, where five of us ordered the chef menu. All in all it took a good four hours from we sat down until de dessert was on the table. To top that, a small beer (250 cl) is a whopping 139 kroner, and when the set meal is a four hour affair, you drink a couple of beers! I was stupid enough to order an Irish coffee, which was not on the menu, but the whiskey itself was 140. When it was time to pay, the price for the Irish was 284. I paid them 144 for coffee! We wanted to pay seperately, which we told our first server, but were told to do the math ourselves. So good food, hidden prices and terrible service. I won't go back.
