The behavior of the short security guard with long hair was extremely unpleasant. As if it wasn't enough that we were left waiting for over an hour at the front of the queue, we also saw drunken groups who arrived after us go straight in just by saying hello. I am aware that the booking system does not apply after midnight. When we asked on what grounds we were kept waiting for so long, we were rudely told: 'Don't come here then, go somewhere else.' Are these really people you entrust the reputation of the place to, or is this unacceptable treatment happening with their knowledge and will?

Last night I witnessed a very unpleasant situation with the guards at the place. A guard pushed a woman, she fell to the ground and cut her finger. When she tried to defend herself, the guard forcibly lifted her and carried her out as if she were an object. It was experienced as violent and completely out of proportion. I do not think this was a professional or respectful way to treat guests. No matter the situation, no one deserves to be pushed or physically treated like that. I felt unsafe when I saw how they treat their customers. I hope the place reviews the behavior of their security staff, because this type of behavior is not acceptable. ________________________________________ Thank you for your response. I understand that you want more information, but what I witnessed was not a misunderstanding, it was disproportionate physical force against a female guest. This also does not seem like an isolated incident, as several reviews describe similar experiences with their guards. Therefore, I believe that the problem is more serious than just "multiple versions of the incident". I really hope you take this seriously and review your procedures, because guests should feel safe, not scared or threatened.

I have been a regular customer at BA3 for quite some time. Every time I visited before, I made a table reservation at the restaurant, enjoyed the excellent food, and then went on to the nightclub. I have always spent a significant amount of money there — never just a few drinks, but several bottles — so I am definitely not the type of customer who comes only to have one drink and leave. Last Saturday, I went with a friend to celebrate our annual pre-Christmas tradition. This time, we did not have a restaurant reservation because we only wanted to enjoy the nightclub. We waited in line for about 30–40 minutes, which was absolutely fine. However, while we were waiting, one of the security guards approached us and started questioning my friend specifically: how she was feeling, whether we had a reservation or were on a guest list. When we said no, he claimed that we were “altered” or drunk and told us we needed to leave, get some air, and come back in one or two hours. This accusation was shocking and completely unfair, as we had not had a single drink yet. I was extremely offended by this treatment. We were calm, respectful, and sober. The only explanation I could find was that my friend was not wearing high heels like most women, which may have led to a biased and unjustified judgment. When I questioned the guard about this behavior, he insisted that we should leave. I have frequented refined venues all over the world, and I have never been denied entry or treated this way. On the contrary, I am usually welcomed and treated with respect. That is why this experience was so disappointing, especially considering that I have always been very well treated at BA3 in the past and have always been a high-spending customer who tips generously. Unfortunately, this incident completely changed my perception of the place. What was once a venue I truly enjoyed is no longer somewhere I feel comfortable or welcome, and for that reason, I will not be returning.
