Had a 10 course menu yesterday. What an experience and not least the service. Absolutely fantastic food with pure flavors and fantastic combinations. The best I have ever eaten, and that is how it should feel when you go to a Michelin restaurant, no less🤗 the tableware was absolutely fantastic. 2 waiters served us the whole time and were there at the slightest sign. One of them had the main responsibility for us. We got a fantastic introduction from waiter Simen. Got a great introduction to what the food contained and the wine that we were served with the food (had upgraded the wine package). Nothing was missing, and in addition when we talked to Simen he told us that it was his 4th day of work at the restaurant. We were shocked. We thought he had worked there for several years, he was that good. We wish you all the best Simen and good luck with your further training and education. You are the best👍

Had an excellent 10 course tasting menu on the last night of our trip. Food was delicious! Presentation was on point. The service was a bit slow (group of 5 of us were there for over 4 hours), with significant time in between courses. All recommended wine was delicious. Highly recommend for a fine dining experience!! Exceptional value.

The 10 course meal is great! Very sophisticated flavors with a first-class presentation and professional waiters who explained all the dishes. The 10 course meal costs 1100kr and can be paired with a juice menu in favor of alcohol, this is a modern solution in my eyes. The table we had reserved was in a rather cozy basement. The only thing to deduct is that one of the dishes came to the table after approximately half an hour, which is the longest.

Beautiful food and unbeatable service in a magnificent venue. I've celebrated my 60th, 70th and 80th birthdays there. I would gladly give it an extra Michelin star!👍
