Nice hotel in the middle of Oslo within walking distance to the city, super good breakfast, charming and stylish. Can really recommend Hotel Börsparken in Oslo. Close to Munch museum and Karl Johan gate

This hotel was far surpassed my expectations. Great value with an excellent location and nice breakfast. The girl on the front desk was very helpful.

Perfect hotel for a city break. Great, quiet location, all public transport within walking distance. Excellent value for money for Oslo. Very good selection at the breakfast buffet. Some rooms have a beautiful view of the Opera House. For everyone else, there's a terrace on the 8th floor open 24/7 with a view of the Opera House.

Positive: friendly staff, nice shower, good breakfast, close to the station. Negative: the bed is much too soft, too little storage space, no cup or glass to brush your teeth, had to ask for an extra toilet roll at the reception.

We checked into the Comfort Hotel in Oslo, Norway in the Middle of May, expecting a comfortable family stay, and unfortunately this has been one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We specifically booked what appeared to be a larger room or suite for myself, my husband, and our son because we wanted extra space and some separation between the beds. What we got looked nothing like the photos or description online. The room was extremely small and cramped for three adult people. The issues only continued from there: • We rented a vehicle and the hotel has NO parking on the premises. So we had to go and pay additional fees for a vehicle to be parked 2 miles away. The hotel suggested us to go and park two blocks down from the hotel and we had the vehicle there overnight and then we found out the fee was $69 a day. Good Lord, we could not afford that price so that’s why we had to move it. We had to buy passes for public transportation, moving forward. •The TV only had one ENGLISH working channel: CNN News. •There were no washcloths in the room, only towels. When we asked the front desk, we were told they simply “don’t have any.” •There are no electrical outlets in the bathroom, so I’ve had to curl my hair sitting sideways in our bed in a tiny crowded room instead. •No tissues/Kleenex anywhere in the room. •No ice machines on the floors. •No microwave or refrigerator in the room. •There isn’t even a microwave available in the shared kitchen/common area for guests to use. The most upsetting part is that we were informed at check-in that housekeeping would not be cleaning rooms at all because the workers are on strike. We have now spent seven days in this room without a single cleaning, they never came and offered us fresh towels we had to go and ask for them at the front desk and even had to ask for toilet paper, this by all means is not proper service. After a week, the room feels dirty and gross. This place should not advertise itself as offering hotel-level comfort and amenities when so many basic necessities are missing. We are incredibly disappointed and saddened by this experience, especially while traveling as a family. I would absolutely not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

The hotel is very well located. The reception and bar area is very nice, an open space with plenty of sofas and a good spot to have a beer. The breakfast buffet is varied and plentiful. The rooms are very small and don't have a wardrobe or anything similar. If one person is walking around the room, the other has to be in the bathroom or in bed. The shower has a weak water supply. Is this about environmental responsibility or saving money?

Excellent value for money! Breakfast = 5 stars Despite the strike, we didn't lack anything in terms of service. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. Unfortunately, we didn't get our room with two single beds, but instead a double bed where you could feel every movement of the other person. You practically have to live out of your suitcase in the room. Cleaning services could be requested.
