We had an outstanding dining experience at Code Restaurant Oslo. The 5-course tasting menu was beautifully presented and perfectly balanced. Highlights included the lobster bisque, white asparagus with caviar, turbot, veal and the excellent white chocolate mousse with rhubarb. The wine pairing complemented the menu perfectly, and the service was professional, attentive and welcoming throughout the evening. Elegant atmosphere, high-quality ingredients and exceptional attention to detail. One of the best dining experiences we have had in Norway. Highly recommended.

Super service from start to finish! Arranged a chambre sèparèe for us at short notice, responded quickly to all inquiries in advance. We were warmly welcomed and adapted the service to our speeches and presentations. Fantastically good food with well-selected wines. This was simply a very good experience in every way. The dish seemed unusual on the menu, but it really delivered when it arrived on the plate. The flavors were balanced and surprising with good depth and nice textures that worked well together. The presentation was pretty and thoughtful, without being over the top. The service was also very good. The dishes came out at just the right pace. Either the chef himself or the waiter gave a clear and engaging description of what we were eating, which elevated the experience. I ate here right before I was going to propose to my girlfriend, and I have to say that the place did the job so well that I would definitely choose the same place again for such an occasion. The overall experience felt absolutely worth the price.
