Hotel Rosa San Marino

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. It's very well located, even with on-site parking in the center of San Marino. The breakfast was basic, but good. The room was perfect and clean, with independent air conditioning. Great price. I recommend it. For lunch and dinner, I went to one of the many restaurants. So don't worry if it's just breakfast.

The gentleman on duty is very friendly and helpful. You are guided well with parking and everything is clearly explained. Do keep in mind that you have to hand over your car key so that they can move the car if necessary. The apartment is beautiful and definitely worth booking! The lovely balconies and the air conditioning are a nice extra. Breakfast is served buffet style from 08:00 to 10:00. 🥐☕ Do keep in mind that some mattresses are quite hard; it is therefore useful to inquire about this before choosing a room. Do you want to go somewhere nice to eat? Then definitely go to Ristorante Spingarda; for us, this was truly the best choice! 🍝 Have fun in San Marino! 🇸🇲✨

Great hotel in the center of San Marino, very friendly service, good breakfasts with the option of eating outside with a view of the surrounding hills.

We booked a room with a balcony. After check-in we realized entering the room that it has no balcony. We go to the receptionist and asked for the balcony. She explained that only 2 of three rooms of the 3-person rooms has a balcony. And we were the last to check-in, so no balcony for us. We emphasised that we had paid for the room with balcony - and she repeated herself. Then she called the owner - and he explained the same as the receptionist: only 2 of 3 rooms has balcony - tough luck. They did not offer a refund and kept saying they were sorry, and next time I should emphasise that I really wanted a balcony when booking..??..! Very bad situation. One thing is that we paid overprice - worse is that we were looking forward to sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view - so it was a spoiled dream. So disappointed of how they dealt with the situation. A complaint has been sent til booking.com. 😖
