I had a wedding to attend, and I went to the salon to get my hair and makeup done. It all started out fine, but when it came time to do my makeup, it was a disaster. The girl had no idea what she was doing, and she told me her colleague was moving and couldn't come. I ended up doing my own makeup, and since I didn't leave on time, I had to pay for a taxi to get to the wedding because the bus I was supposed to take had left. I'm not from Madrid, but what they did to me where I live is unheard of. In the end, she told me to pay only for the hair and half the makeup, as if that could make up for what they did to me!

Ana is super professional, she always makes me look perfect and the highlights are gorgeous! 100% recommended!
