HOSTEL ROOM PRIDE

I stayed at this hostel and the experience was excellent. It's quite central, just a 5-minute walk from Gran Vía, and surrounded by many shops, supermarkets, and restaurants, which makes it super convenient. The rooms are large, with plenty of natural light, very comfortable, and clean. From the very first moment, the service was outstanding: they stored my luggage before check-in and also when I checked out, until they came to pick me up. A very thoughtful touch. They contact you daily via WhatsApp to ask if you need anything and are very attentive to your well-being. The receptionists are fantastic; they explain everything patiently and help you with absolutely everything you need. Without a doubt, a place I would return to and highly recommend.

Perfect cleanliness and location. The facilities were adequate, although the entrance was a bit confusing upon arrival. It doesn't feel like a hotel, and the reception isn't a typical reception. The young man who answered all the questions clearly and was very helpful.

Hostel very well located near Gran Vía and Chueca. The staff is very friendly and attentive to every need of the guests. Luggage storage is available free of charge, a very good service. We will return.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. I was given a room on the fourth floor—it was hot there, the radiator was as hot as a sauna. The windows overlooked the courtyard, so there was no street noise. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. The only downside was the Wi-Fi was laggy at times.

The staff member Jose was very friendly, the room was quite clean and the hostel was very comfortable, I highly recommend it!!!

Very spacious room. Clean. Large bathroom. Very quiet for being in the city center. Everything is close by. It's not cheap, but it's worth it.
