Good drinks good place

A terrible experience, and it's a miracle I didn't end up in the emergency room. I was at the bar next door with some friends, having a few beers, when a worker, as he was going out to empty the glass bins at 1:41 AM, with the street packed with customers, bumped into my chair. Then, without apologizing or even saying, "Hey, I think I'm going to hit you, and I'm carrying broken glass," he walked past and ripped a pair of Pepe Jeans I was wearing for the first time. I felt a cut and asked the people at the table if there was any blood. Only my jeans and underwear were ripped; there was no bleeding or muscle damage. I waited for the guy to come back from emptying the glass to explain the situation, to which he replied that it wasn't his responsibility, that the responsibility lay with La Nogalera, and that I was lying. I told him, "Let's talk to your boss and find a solution. I'm sure you have liability insurance. I'll give you the receipt and we'll sort it out." I went to the bar, and he told me no, that he was the manager. Then a man appeared claiming to be the owner. I explained the situation, and his facial expression was priceless. Apologies? Yes, but utterly insincere. Solutions? Not a single one. Anyway, thank God they haven't ruined any tendons or my legs for life, but if that shard of glass that ripped my pants had been 2 cm longer, it could have caused irreversible damage. Does anyone make a mistake? Of course. But if you're going to apologize, do it sincerely and be aware that I shouldn't have to throw away a pair of pants worth over €100 because of your lack of caution, professionalism, and complete lack of knowledge about workplace safety. Anyway, I went out for a drink to clear my head and ended up absolutely furious. If this is how they handle problems they create themselves, I wonder how they treat their customers. Then the waiter tried to hug me like we were the Teletubbies, demanding I pull down my pants and underwear right there in the bar to prove they'd done the cutting. They were making fun of me and treating me like a piece of meat. I don't recommend this establishment; it's understaffed, lacks ethics, and has terrible customer service.

Friendly bar staff, reasonable price drinks

Whisky & soda water 9€! Really?! But it was good and staff is friendly.
