Regnbågshuset (Rainbow House)

Regnbågshuset, the Rainbow House, is Gothenburg's municipal LGBTQI meeting place, opened in 2024 and run by the City of Gothenburg. Set at Barlastgatan 2 on the south bank of the river, it is a free and welcoming space created by, with and for the LGBTQI community. Visitors and locals of all ages can drop in for socialising, support and information, creative workshops and a regular programme of activities. It offers a calm, sober alternative to the bar scene and a reliable place to connect with the local community.
