The only place in Geneva my family and I stayed for the last 4 years. Unfortunately, today my two room bookings weren’t enough for the old lady at reception and was told to book a third room or I cannot stay. A third room means separating my infant kids, which I declined and went to another hotel. I will never come back, 4 years of business gone in a few seconds. Beware of the old lady, if you see her, good luck . However, I will miss the valet team as they are the best in all of Switzerland. Thank you Alberto and Antony for all your years of service to me and my family.
One of the best hotels I've stayed in. The hotel is clean and elegant, and the staff are incredibly kind. Even if you need help with something outside their area of expertise, they don't turn you down and are always ready to assist you. Especially Ayoub and Mohammed, both of whom speak Arabic and were incredibly helpful with everything we needed.
This is not a 5-star hotel; it falls into the 3-star category. The hotel and the rooms smell musty. The décor is eerie; the sculptures look like something out of a horror movie—it’s actually frightening. The hallways are dark, and the windows are small. I do not recommend it; there are better hotels available at this price point. The service is very good; the entire staff is friendly, proactive, and always willing to help.
Old hotel.
Had a good stay at the hotel. However, this was all let down by an issue with a holding deposit. On checking in, hotel asked for 2000CHF deposit and advised the hotel fee would come off this. It has now been 40 days with multiple emails and the hotel has still not returned the deposit fee back. Very frustrating and very delayed response Salman Pirmohamed
