Ultra small room, towel was 'unclean' on arrival luckily there was a hand towel, got it changed with not so much as an explanation or apology, travel alot for business won't be staying here again.

Lovely hotel and great customer service for our special occasion stay in Cardiff

We stayed at the Hilton Cardiff for our anniversary and it was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Beautiful room with thoughtful touches of bubbles and cakes made it feel really special straight away. The VIP lounge was outstanding, and every member of staff, from reception to bar to dinner and breakfast, delivered genuinely excellent service. Perfect location too, just moments from Cardiff Castle. A truly memorable stay. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I Enjoyed My Stay Here, Room Was Lovely and Luxurious - Only Issue I Had Was The Vents In The Room Were A Bit Noisy! I Rushed Booking The Place and Didn’t Realise They Don’t Have On Site Parking (but that’s on me) I Never Like To Say Anything Negative But At The Same Time Im Always A Real and Honest Person! All Staff I Interacted With Were Great and I Did Have Food In The Hotel Which Was Fantastic! Thank You Hilton Cardiff 🙏

Hotel was closed to none guests at 9.15 on Saturday 23 May with no reason given. Very odd for a leading hotel chain.

Great value stay. Upgraded to a Junior Suite, with access to the Executive Lounge. Good breakfast, access to the pool, very friendly staff. Only issue is the painfully slow lifts. Not at the same level as Parkgate, but cheaper, so 5 stars when that pricing differential is considered.

I had a very good experience staying at Hilton Cardiff. The hotel felt extremely safe and well managed throughout my stay. One thing I noticed is that they are very strict about not allowing visitors after 9 PM. At first, it was a bit disappointing, but honestly, it also made me feel much safer knowing they take security seriously. The service was excellent from beginning to end. The staff were always kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed, which made the whole experience feel very welcoming. My room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. It was also cleaned during my stay, which I really appreciated and added to the overall comfort. The location is another big advantage the hotel is just steps away from Cardiff Castle, making it perfect for exploring the city. It’s also only about a 20 minute walk from Cardiff Central railway station, which made getting there and around very convenient. One morning I decided to try the breakfast buffet, and it was definitely worth it. There were many options to choose from, including pastries, hot food, fruit, and drinks. They also had coffee machines with very good coffee, which made the breakfast experience even better. Another highlight was the bar downstairs it had a great atmosphere and was a really nice place to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cardiff, especially if you value comfort, excellent service, a great location, and above all, feeling safe during your stay.
