Nice hotel very clean staff very good

Great stay. Comfy beds, great staff. Bit miffed by the parking situation but I guess it is what it is.

Location chosen for easy access to main routes so suited us nicely for our family visit. Warm welcome by friendly staff member who helped with the check-in machine. She needed to, poor sized text made it very difficult to see what/where details needed adding. Room large, spacious and clean however due to this the very small sized bed looked akin to a pea on a drum. Standard double in such a large room looked very odd, would easily handle 2 super king size beds with room to spare. Bathroom clean but in definite need of a refurb.

Let's talk about the BEST part 1st and that would be the staff working here Moira,Kasia and Teisha are the ones I came across and they are what you would need to make a holiday better..i feel all what the hotel is missing is made up for by these hard working beautiful people working here..so polite so friendly.. Moira along with Kasia came up with a sweet birthday surprise for my husband and went out of the way to cook a healthy breakfast for us all. Teisha is so polite and friendly that in just 2 encounters we adored her along Though I didn't meet any of the housekeeping staff a BIG shout to the whoever they might be as the room was made daily and in an immaculate way.. No doubt the hotel lacks luxury and sometimes basics like the toilet flush and the shower not functioning well gets you worked up specially with kids but as I said its not the fault of the staff and there was nothing they could do about it.. Our overall stay was very pleasant because of the wonderful people working there.. I hope this review reaches the owner and it's taken into consideration to award the staff which I felt inspite of being so limited in number and resources made our holiday stay GREAT..

Best night sleep in along time would love to know what mattress and pillows they have

Man who checked me in didn't know what was going on. Kept asking for my room number when I had only just arrived and hadn’t checked in yet. Hotel dirty and dilapidated. Bed awful, room far too hot and dirty

Great location, great value and great service .everythink was great but the service we received was most noticeable-moira was professional but had a personal touch to match which was lovely The swimming pool and sauna rooms were clean, well kept and free The breakfast buffet was fantastic, great selection and freshly cooked We will definitely be rebooking Thank you for a pleasurable experience

Good location for our event , we had large number of friends and family stay here and all have the same comments. Poor quality beds and pillows so nobody slept well at all, smoke alarm right above bed flashing brightly constantly all night disturbing sleep (placement not well thought of ) room not very clean and damp/mould issues. Toilet didn’t flush properly. Breakfast poor choice, awful coffee , need more staff in general. Feel like we wasted a lot of money and on sick an important day too … very disappointing

Where do I start, the hotel was ideal location for where our event was thats it. The bed so hard was ridiculous hard pillows that was not worth using, all our family and friends said the same thing, why would you have a smoke alarm right above a bed with a flashing light so at night all you get is the flashing, bathroom poor standard with a toilet that don’t flush properly, the breakfast was poor not much of a choice either, and say they are AA 4 star don’t think so, hardly any staff for the size of the place, and there’s the damp damage and mould in the corner of room, and the best bit in the morning where making beds the staff was using a Tesco trolley pure classic.

Showers are just terrible, the toilets don’t even work and there was plenty off us as well, all different rooms. And all the toilets didn’t work. The cleaning isn’t even good there was mud on the skirting, and Dusty it was not nice. There was some dried brown stuff on my sink. You can never find someone at reception or anywhere, there’s legit no one around if u need something. The pool is dirty as well and the tiles in the pool are broken so be careful. Everything is just shut as well in the pool area. And the beds are so sore and terrible. I didn’t like it at all this hotel.
