Lots of gays.

Don’t go here if you’re having your hen do. They don’t want obviously straight people heading in there and will use excuses like “my colleague things you’ve had one too many to drink so you have to leave for 30 minutes and queue again”.

Me and my friends went to heaven last night and we were so disappointed. At first, me and just one of my friends went to the door, and were immediately led out of the barriers because this woman (with brown and blonde died hair) said "this group is a no". They didn't even say anything to us until we pressed for a reason. They said we weren't regulars so we weren't going to be let in. We went back to our other friends (who have been to heaven many times before) and told them this, they told us to get back in the queue again with them. This woman called us out and said "why are you in the queue" and was just refusing to talk to us, when we tried to understand why we couldn't come in she just kept pushing us towards her coworkers who also weren't talking to us. When someone would finally talk to us, we were given a bunch of jumbled and unclear reasons. At first we were told that it was because we were a big group, but we contested this because when there were just two of us we were also rejected. Then they said that it was because we weren't regulars or had membership (but they denied us without asking for membership) pointed to a sign on the barrier and turned their backs to us. The sign said that in overwhelming circumstances they will only accept regulars and members. Bare in mind, there was never more than 4 people in the queue at once, it looked like a ghost town. Finally this one security guard had an actual conversation with us. We asked how are we supposed to become regulars if we can't be let in? He told us to come back tomorrow (on a Monday) and try again. I explained that Sunday's are the only days that really work for me so what was I expected to do. (According to him) there's nothing on the website to indicate when they're only letting members in, so how am I supposed to know? Am I expected to drive 1.5 hours and pay £20 for parking just to get rejected? He pretty much just said yes. You just have to give up your whole night to possibly not be let in by some rude and entitled security workers. We're never going back there, not even because it's inconvenient but because the security was so rude and judgy to us (especially that woman- died hair, worked front of house on 03/08/26) who would want to support a business like that? Somewhere that preaches acceptance and pride but is really the polar opposite. A supposed gay club that rejected a group of queer people.

The security is AWFUL. They claimed they thought we’d been drinking, so they refused to let us in. We hadn’t been drinking at all, and then they said it was up to them to decide. Very petty. It used to be a fun club, but now it’s become like this. He also said we don’t have to go back and FOR SURE NEVER GOING BACK IN MY WHOLE LIFE

As a young gay man I enjoy coming here for nights out with many people but what annoys me is sometimes the security aren’t very nice I don’t mind them if I’ve had to much to drink etc understandable but when I haven’t had a drink or I am not drunk they deny entry I really love this club and it has made me feel so happy but the security are aggressive at some point and are sometimes on a power trip they’re not very nice makes me feel quite unwelcome anyway love the club but security will chuck people out who haven’t done anything.

They don’t care about customers complaints. You need new security thank you.
