The Proud Trust

The Proud Trust is an LGBTQ+ youth organisation that runs the Manchester LGBT Centre on Sidney Street. It supports young lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans people through youth groups, mentoring, training and the development of safe spaces, and it manages resources used by schools and youth workers across the country. For many young people arriving in Manchester it is a first, affirming door into the wider community.
