Beautiful reception and serviced Very good customer service. The facilities were clean and neat. Top marks. The location is in the town center so close to shops and the town center and services. I will definitely recommend-

Not posh, but spotless, great shower, lots of hot water, and huge fabulous comfy bed. Grab yourself breakfast, lots of free hot drinks in downstairs area..lovely staff and so central . All this at such a great price! Thankyou..will definitely return, to use as base camp for future visits. Shops, restaurants, theatre, metro on the doorstep! Ideal!!!

They didn't help me out with a cancellation I had to request due to an emergency. It wasn't last minute or anything.

Good hostel but recepionists don't welcoming

This is a great place for the price in a convenient location, The lady on the front desk is great but the one dude was a bit larey, the rooms are clean enough for me but the rooms could use a good mopping to get rid of the residue that a hover misses, When cleaning up some drunken sprinkles the paper was black, some visible detritus in the curved corners of the rooms but over all it's an underrated place, Id give it 5 stars if not for the bar opening times being advertised as 12 but closing at 9 on a Friday

Rooms very clean. Basic however toilet/shower very cramped, but would stay here again. Staff very helpful and friendly

Fantastic experience. Very friendly and responsive staff. Modern room and comfortable beds. Self-service hot drinks. Strategic location. The cappuccino at breakfast was exceptional. We were delighted! The bar is lovely, with large wooden tables, a pool table, a foosball table... It makes you want to come back.

great place, clean and super kind staff. two girls travelling to newcastle for the night, they upgraded us to the female only four bed dorm for no extra cost which was really lovely :) only downside was our room on the third floor was boiling!! but the rest of floor and other rooms were cool, but other than that no issues. Will deffo stay again :)
