Novotel Wolverhampton

Had a lovely stay at Novotel Wolverhampton. A special mention to Monira, who checked us in and was incredibly friendly, professional and welcoming. She explained the membership benefits perfectly, and I really appreciated her helpfulness. Breakfast was excellent and everything was perfect. Coincidentally, I saw Monira again at check-out, so she was the first and last person we met during our stay. She made us and our family feel very comfortable and welcome. Thank you, Monira, for making our stay so positive!

Excellent customer service… ♥️ The room was nice and clean. The staffs are nice and welcoming. The location is near city center.

Have brief will travel so set down here for 8 days while attending co.location excellent, very close to Railway station and tram into Birmingham City centre hotel has on site parking and is dog friendly. i had a mixture of rooms executive and superior. all rooms are identical but hr executive have added touched like coffee maker biscuit and soft can drinks Excellent breakfast limited evening menu especially being there 8 days Great reception staff impressed by Marnia ?

Nice hotel overall. Better than I expected, with decent decor throughout and nice, quite large rooms. The only negative was the staff kept disappearing. So the reception and bar were unattended, and we had to keep fetching people.

After been decamped we were in the hotel for 6 weeks...all staff made us feel very welcome,felt like we were part of the furnishings by the time we left....nothing was too much trouble for them...always stopped for a little chat with us....I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone...very comfy rooms,outdoor space,polite and friendly staff

Recently stayed here for a few days whilst seeing friends. Although check in could have been much better it was re collected by the rooms and the cleaners. Great spacious rooms with everything you could ask for. Cleaners in the corridor very polite and cheerful. Spoke to a lovely lady every morning who unfortunately I forgot to get her name( long hair and tattoos) nothing was too much for her. Public areas spacious and clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay and have planned to come back!

Have stayed here a couple of times and more recently for 2 nights. For the quality of rooms, it is quite expensive, there needs to be some updating but it's in a great place for central Wolverhampton. Parking is charged per night but the benefits are a great self-service breakfast, friendly and welcoming reception staff and updated communal areas.

Very happy, had a great stay and the staff being friendly made the stay even better, plus I had the Full English and everything tasted fresh.
