We stayed at this hotel in February 2026. It's an attractive place with significant historical value, which was one of the aspects we were most interested in learning about. However, we couldn't take advantage of this experience because the person in charge of providing historical information wasn't available during our stay. We were also offered a parking lot located about 100 meters from the hotel, but we weren't informed beforehand that the service had an additional cost or that the hotel didn't have its own parking. My rating is 3 stars because I believe the main selling point of the place is its history and heritage, but unfortunately, we didn't have access to that information. Beyond its historical and architectural appeal, we didn't find anything else that compensated for this lack of experience.

A wonderful experience. A place that transports you to the past, carefully decorated with period furniture and artwork, and in excellent condition. Cecilia and Agustina's attention makes all the difference; they are attentive to every detail and helpful with anything you need. The cleanliness, tranquility, and warmth of the place are highlights. The tour and history of the house, declared a World Heritage Site, led by Graciela, is also very noteworthy. A place to relax and enjoy your entire stay. Highly recommended. Congratulations to the entire team. We will return.

The staff and breakfast were very good. The reason for the one-star rating is because they blatantly overcharged me for laundry service. When I arrived, there was one price listed, but when I received the laundry, they charged me 50% more. When I inquired, they told me that the price had indeed increased. I consider this disrespectful and a rip-off. Even though the amount wasn't very high, it's an abuse to display one price and then charge another without prior explanation when I had booked the service at a different price. On the other hand, the room facing the entrance needs significant improvement. The bathroom is very small, and you can hear absolutely everything that happens outside and every time someone enters. Another negative point is that every time you want to enter the hotel, you have to ring a bell, which is a bit inconvenient, especially if you're in that room where you can hear everything. Finally, the 10:00 AM checkout time seems extremely early, especially for a hotel that isn't cheap and claims to be a boutique hotel.

Have you ever sat on 16th-century chairs? Eaten at a table where Jesuits ate before you? Have you ever looked into authentic Venetian mirrors or descended into a dungeon? Most likely, yes, but that was in museums, although even there, touching the antique is a great privilege, whereas here, you have an entire hotel at your disposal. The owners' policy is such that you can touch and enjoy all this antique luxury. 🙏 The service was wonderful: they greeted us like old friends and saw us off like family. They allowed us to check in early, leave our bags after checkout, provided an iron, gave us a tour, told us stories, showed us things, taught us, and helped us navigate the city. A big thank you to Augustina and all the girls! ❤️ And now for a bit of nasty criticism, since I'm writing about food, I can't avoid this topic. Having a table set especially for you, surrounded by museum exhibits, is unforgettable, but I'd like the breakfast itself to be unforgettable too. And it's very, very simple. We certainly ate our fill: eggs, ham, cheese—everything fresh and perfectly edible—but it's just so ordinary, and such a contrast to the setting that it's a bit sad. The coffee is completely tasteless, but even that didn't upset me as much as the buns. The medialunes and puff pastries are simply a disgrace. Please change the supplier! It's better to increase the room rate and serve guests crispy croissants and soft, buttery medialunes than this misunderstanding. What was truly delicious and exquisite was the orange peel marmalade; that gets five stars. Overall, it would be nice if the entire breakfast at this special place was just as special. Because I want to come back; we really enjoyed our stay here! If you're passionate about history, drawn to unusual places, and don't mind the proximity of antiques, I highly recommend this place for an unforgettable vacation. You won't find a more interesting hotel in Cordoba, and there aren't many like it anywhere else in the world.
