I recommend it, you will be very satisfied as we are, good service from the staff, it is for a trouble-free stay

The room was very nice, but the shower was stuck, making it hard to use the "rain" setting, and there was a mattress spring that injured my partner's leg; furthermore, one of the towels they left was damaged.

Everything was very nice and excellent location, the staff very friendly especially Maxi at the front desk. One point less for the breakfast, very good but with some shortcomings: there were no eggs, little cold cuts, and the place is small to supply everyone.

The building is fine. Good service at the front desk upon arrival. I had a bad experience, I arrived at 11 p.m. straight to the hotel. There was no complimentary water, and nowhere did it indicate where to get any. The next day, I reported the consumption of the 250ml water. And they wanted to charge me 5 dollars... telling me it was my fault for not having asked. As if that weren't enough. At breakfast, I saw how they added 2/3 water to a jug of "orange" juice from a container to refill it. That and the jams with a totally artificial taste already indicate the quality of the breakfast.

Good hotel. Impeccable rooms. Breakfast is very good but chaotic. Watch out, not because of the organization. But because of the guests. My advice: go to breakfast early. The room and the bathroom are a good size. The view is spectacular both from the front and from the back. The location is excellent. Everything nearby.

Serena 12th floor a disaster, the attention, service, food were horrific. Reheated skirt steak with tasteless mashed potatoes. Veal round could not be cut because it was so tough, with stuck-together, cold noodles

Excellent location, first-class service, excellent value for money, they accept pets (they leave two bowls and a bed for the pet in the room!!). Everything was a 10, highly recommended

The restaurant - located on the 12th floor, damages the hotel's image, the food is good, however the service is terrible, the waitress with shoulder-length dyed red hair keeps the change saying it was a misunderstanding, the manager has no idea, and the diners all leave disappointed. Very good view but TERRIBLE SERVICE THAT DAMAGES THE HOTEL

Excellent service in general. Reception staff with the best attitude and very well trained. Very comfortable room, with excellent cleaning service. Breakfast, very good in products and attention from the area staff. All these details made for a very comfortable stay and an experience to repeat.

The hotel is beautiful, very well located. It has parking, space on the 12th floor for breakfast or to have something with a rooftop that offers an incredible view of the cathedral. The staff is a 10; they make the stay very pleasant and are very helpful. The rooms are huge and very clean. I love staying at this hotel, highly recommended.
