Great hotel, great location!

The service from all the hotel staff was excellent. Everyone was very friendly. The room we stayed in was beautiful, on the ground floor, very spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen. It has a heated pool and sauna, with long opening hours, ideal for relaxing. The breakfast was delicious and varied. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed 5 nights as a family and everything was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were immaculate, well-maintained, and the apartments were comfortable and functional. The pool area was also very comfortable, ideal for relaxing after a day of snow excursions. Breakfast could perhaps be better, with higher-quality bread and coffee, but it was varied and a good start to the day. The location is excellent, as it's in the city center and close to the port. There's a clothing rental shop across the street, which is convenient if you need to rent snow gear for your excursions. I highly recommend it!

My experience was great. The room was super comfortable, with a sensational view of both the Beagle Channel and the snow-capped mountains. We were greeted by Matías, who immediately gave us a great restaurant recommendation for lunch. The breakfast is sufficient, nothing excessive, and is repeated daily. The hotel is centrally located and provides easy access to everything I needed on foot, which saves a lot on transportation costs. I definitely recommend it.
