The hotel staff were excellent, they were all fantastic!

Terrible experience... Far from being a 5-stars hotel... First, breakfast... It looks like the breakfast of a 2-stars road hotel... Its difficult to understand that there are no eggs options... Always the same soggy scrambled eggs... somo hams and cheese... and a lot of bread... That's it. Second, they offer a spa to relax after skiing. Far from being this way... It's a small space, absolutely crowded and noisy... We counted up to 40 people at the same time... And the pool is full of hairs, which is disgusting. Finally, we got a room in what looks like the hotel's basement. There are only 3 rooms with a near to freeze corridor and next to kids spaces, thus its extremely noisy. The hotel is not cheap and we had very high expectations... Sadly, they were not met... We suggest you to avoid this place...

Excellent hotel. The facilities are beautiful, well-maintained, and clean. The staff, without exception, deserve special mention. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved it and will definitely be back. We think it's ideal for families with children.

Hello. I would like to express my disappointment with the service we received during our stay. Before our arrival, I requested a very simple gesture: a birthday card for my wife, which you confirmed. However, this detail was overlooked during check-in, precisely when it made sense. After I mentioned it, I was asked what "special request" I was referring to, which shows that there wasn't even a clear record of the request, despite all our previous conversations. It's not about the material value of a card, but about its significance to us. It was a special moment that can no longer be repeated. Frankly, I expected a much higher level of attention and care from a hotel of this caliber. Unfortunately, this situation ended up affecting an occasion that was very important to us.

Wonderful hotel! We had an excellent experience from beginning to end. The service was impeccable, with a very attentive, polite team always willing to help. The breakfast is sensational, with many options and everything very tasty. The heated pool was also a great highlight, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stay even more. Everything was very well organized, clean and comfortable. Without a doubt, a hotel that is well worth it and that we certainly recommend!
