Radisson Hotel Maiorana Belem

Excellent experience at the Radisson Belém! The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable, with an extraordinary bed. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful at all times, always with cordial and friendly service! The breakfast is very varied and of excellent quality, with several options for all tastes. The location is also a great advantage, facilitating access to the main points of the city; much can be done on foot! I will definitely return when I am in Belém and I recommend the hotel to anyone seeking comfort, good service and excellent accommodation!

Excellent accommodation, attentive and very polite staff, huge, clean rooms, very good breakfast, congratulations.

Breakfast was very poor. Upon arriving at the breakfast reception, there's always someone with a sour face. I've stayed here several times, and the sour faces of the restaurant staff are the norm. But today they went even further. The egg buffet only had leftovers (at 9 am). The same was true for the other food items. Seeing the egg like that, I ordered an omelet. After 20 minutes, there was no omelet. I went to ask, and they simply forgot to make it. Meanwhile, the 4 employees were standing around. They didn't replenish the food; if you ask, they forget. Then I went to get some powdered milk. Where's the spoon? There isn't one on the table, there isn't one at the serving area. So I went to ask the waiter. And while that was happening, once again, everyone was standing around chatting. So in short: they serve you rudely, they don't replenish the food, you ask and they don't make/forget, there's no cutlery (you have to keep asking)... meanwhile, everyone is chatting. I don't recommend it. Bad experience!

Our stay hear was amazing. The hotel has excellent services, everything was clean and the stuff was very helpfull and polite. Especially Mr. Renato in the reception who speaks english fluently and was always more than welcome to assist with anything we needed. Also Mr. Manoel in the restaurant was very professional. All in all it was an excellent choice for our stay.

Our heartfelt thanks to the entire Radisson team for welcoming us with such warmth, attention, and dedication. Every detail made a difference and made our experience even more special. I was delighted with every detail and all the moments we spent at the hotel!
