I like the concept and services the bar offers, but what leaves something to be desired is the rudeness of some of the guys. They don't give way when asked, they look at me with disdain or arrogance, and they make jokes about other people's appearance. As for the service inside, some of the staff need to be more patient with orders.

Sunday, July 13th. Yesterday my experience at Dédalos was terrible—not because of the rules, but because of the lack of manners of those who should know how to deal with the public. I was treated with disdain at the entrance, unnecessarily exposed by an employee who spoke to me in a mocking tone in front of everyone, and even approached several other times without reason, with jokes among the staff. I don't frequent the place often, but enough to know when the problem isn't the rules—it's the lack of preparation. Respect is shown, at a minimum, in the way people speak.

Amazing staff and super clean environment.

I went back to the place for the second time and again it was empty. When I was leaving, a line started at the door. I don't know how the hours or prices work. I found it strange that there are different prices. I don't know what the place's dynamics are. Another thing I didn't like was that two employees there looked me up and down with an air of superiority and disdain. I'm sure my shoes were worth more than their combined salaries, including benefits. It's a place frequented by stereotypical gay men, maybe that's why the two women didn't understand my presence.

Dédalos is an excellent place and the staff are polite and helpful. I would like to highlight Marcos' service at the entrance; he is a polite, kind person with excellent communication skills, helpful, and provided excellent customer service! Congratulations to the establishment for having such a great employee.
