Pousada Divino Canto, a wonderful place! Tranquil, calm, clean and organized environment. Easy access to parks, markets, and restaurants. Clean, fragrant rooms, clean towels, comfortable bed. Wonderful breakfast, made with great care. The staff are polite and helpful. My husband had his birthday the week we stayed at the inn and they gave him a delicious cake. We can only thank everyone, from the person who booked the package to the inn staff. I already want to go back!! Haha

I stayed at Pousada Divino Canto during the Corpus Christi holiday, from June 4th to 7th, and the experience was wonderful. My family and I were very well received from the moment we arrived. All the staff were extremely polite, attentive, and helpful, contributing to a peaceful and pleasant stay. I would especially like to highlight the service provided by Mrs. Marta Aurélia, who was an exceptional hostess. She showed us around the inn, answered all our questions, and was always available to help us. She even helped us with a problem with an order on iFood and recommended great pizzerias in the area. At another point, we realized that we had forgotten to buy water and, due to the holiday, the markets in the area were already closed. When we asked for guidance, Mrs. Marta promptly told us where we could find bottled water so we wouldn't run out until the next day. Furthermore, she was very kind and patient with our young son, who made several visits to the reception just to chat or ask questions, as is typical of children. Her attention and kindness made all the difference in our experience. The food offered by the inn also deserves high praise. The breakfast was complete and delicious. Lunch and dinner, served à la carte, were simply impeccable: homemade food, very tasty and prepared with great care. The cooks deserve congratulations, as our whole family loved the meals. The room was very well organized, with comfortable beds, clean and fragrant towels and blankets, as well as an excellent shower. The inn is beautiful, extremely clean and very well maintained. Another very positive point was the possibility of purchasing tickets for the Thermas park directly at the inn, which brought practicality and greatly facilitated our trip. The pools were also clean and well maintained. As a suggestion for improvement, we believe that the water temperature could be a little higher. The larger pool was quite cold, and for that reason, we ended up using the smaller pool, which was warmer, almost all the time. Considering that we were with a small child, it would be nice if both pools were warmer, providing greater comfort to guests and allowing children to play more freely without compromising the space for others. Aside from that detail, our experience was excellent. We left very satisfied with the accommodation and, without a doubt, we intend to return on a future occasion. We thank the entire team at Pousada Divino Canto for the welcome and care shown to our family.

The first day the smaller pool wasn't properly heated, but it improved on subsequent days. The staff were very attentive and polite, and the food was good. The place is beautiful and cozy.
