I was apprehensive because of the Google reviews, but I decided to try it. When I arrived at the guesthouse, I was very well received. The room was clean and organized, and the price is very good. The service was excellent, and I felt comfortable during my stay; the beach, city center, and market were all nearby. I think sometimes people want to pay a low price and find a luxury hotel, but this guesthouse delivers what it promises. I would definitely return and recommend it!

My experience at this inn was extremely unpleasant. After my stay, I gave polite feedback about how I was treated, and the response I received was completely unprofessional. The innkeeper himself sent me WhatsApp messages with personal insults, mocking the situation and even calling me "unintelligent." I was shocked by the level of aggression and disrespect. I never imagined that an establishment focused on customer service could treat a guest this way. In addition, I had already been treated rudely upon arrival, which prompted my initial feedback. The innkeeper's reaction only confirmed the lack of preparedness and professionalism of the place. I am recording my experience here so that other travelers are aware. There are many good and welcoming accommodations in Fortaleza, unfortunately this is not one of them.

Terrible! The photos of the room didn't match the description. I booked through Booking.com, they demanded payment in advance via WhatsApp, and when I arrived I had to insist on a refund with the manager, who insinuated that I might be scamming them. I do not recommend it! I left the place and within 5 blocks on foot I found a better and cheaper option!

It could be more organized and have breakfast.
