Esmeralda Praia Hotel

Terrible experience. We waited for over an hour and were not attended to.

Good afternoon, I was there with my whole family at the Esmeralda resort. I've been there several times before and to various other resorts, but this time it surpassed all my other resort trips. The food was top quality, especially the picanha steaks, which I think were the highlight, but all the food, including the appetizers, lunch, dinner, and breakfast, was top quality. The waiters' service was very good, always attentive. I even got the contact information for some of them to mention, but I thought you weren't going to get in touch anymore and I lost it. My family loved it so much that we are already waiting for new promotions so we can all be there as soon as possible.

The hotel has had elevator problems since 2024... The food is very good. The staff are friendly.

Wonderful experience! Perfect hotel and I recommend it! You can bring your family, the place is very welcoming. Attentive professionals, top-notch facilities and beachfront location. Top-notch food, EVERYTHING PERFECT! Note: I've already visited the hotel 6 times and I'm already planning my next trip... There's no better place in Natal. This hotel should be 10 stars! Roberto, Bruno, and Rodolfo's service was spectacular! 100% recommended

We stayed during the first few days of September and had a spectacular experience. We want to highlight the excellent service from all the staff, especially Roberto, Bruno, and Rodolfo. Thanks to their dedication and kindness, they made our stay a truly wonderful memory. Special mention for Valter, who advised us on excursions; he was always very attentive and friendly. The hotel has a perfect location, and all the spaces are very clean and well-maintained. The view from the balcony is unique; you can perfectly appreciate the sunrise—truly beautiful. We would definitely choose Esmeralda Hotel again. We left with wonderful memories of Natal. Thank you for the attention and service provided!

The hotel is very good. This is the third time we've stayed and I hope to return soon. The friendliness of the staff, the atmosphere, the location, the food, the overall quality of service are top-notch. The Esmeralda is the kind of hotel that makes you want to come back right away.
