Airbnb Inca Inn

They advertised use of the building's pool and jacuzzi, but they didn't deliver on that promise. We paid 400 soles for a room, supposedly with pool and jacuzzi access from 9 am until noon, which was our checkout time. When we arrived, they were doing maintenance on both facilities, so we couldn't use them until 1 pm. Customer service was completely unaware of the situation and said they couldn't offer any refunds. We specifically booked that room for the pool and jacuzzi, not for a regular room like the one we have at home. We also booked a parking space, but it was occupied when we arrived. We wasted an hour at reception trying to get another parking spot; they took us all the way to basement level 7. They didn't offer any solution for the wasted time or the inconvenience.

Don't book with them, they don't give refunds. I'm still waiting all day for my refund because I have to rent another place. They don't answer calls and nothing. They give you a time and then keep you waiting. Don't book with this place, it's a scam.

It's a complete disgrace and utterly shameless what this company is doing. Today we booked a room for four people, but there's only one queen-size bed and a sofa bed that's so wet you can't even sit or lie down on it! The person in charge even had the nerve to answer the phone laughing! I absolutely do not recommend this place. The area is nice, but the service is TERRIBLE.

I rented a full-day pass at Inca Inn... for a full day to enjoy the pool. But they made sure I paid everything before entering, and then they said the pool was under maintenance and unavailable that day... and that they couldn't refund my money, only offer a discount for next time... I didn't think it was right that they charged me first without saying anything about the pool... it's better to book through the app... I definitely don't recommend Inca Inn.

Don't be fooled, it's not an apartment as advertised. The photos they send are of separate rooms, making it seem like a comfortable mini-apartment, but it's just a room with a kitchenette measuring 6 meters long by 2.5 meters wide. I requested an apartment for three people and they gave me a room with a bed and a sofa. We complained, and their solution was for one of us to sleep on the sofa. It's not worth the price, since a much larger room in Miraflores costs the same as this one. I would only recommend this place for one person. I would have preferred to pay more for a good service that was actually worthwhile, but unfortunately, there are no refunds. It's a shame that many people are looking to have a good time and end up with this unpleasant experience.

A comfortable and well-located place to spend a few quiet days in the city of Lima, 100% recommended. We are grateful for the staff's quick response and their very helpfulness and friendliness.

I am completely disappointed. I suffered losses of my belongings and cash. The worst part is that they refused to provide me with the cameras immediately. The worst experience I've ever had.

Terrible experience. They don't know how to solve problems or admit their mistakes. They offered me different prices, but in the end, it was a different price altogether, with no refund. They forced me to take the overnight service to avoid losing my money, and on top of that, they want me to pay the VAT separately. A complete rip-off! They're shameless.

A complete disaster from the start. To begin with, according to them, our reservation "wasn't showing up on Booking.com." We were left waiting for an hour in the lobby after a 12-hour flight. Then, when we finally arrived at the room, knowing it was a reservation for four, there were only towels for two and no blankets for the sofa bed. We told the manager on the phone, and he said he'd bring our things in an hour or an hour and a half. They had the nerve to show up at 12:15 a.m., even though we had called at 7:00 p.m. They didn't even answer WhatsApp messages or calls. In short, they were a bunch of crooks. But they were quick to take our money. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS PLACE.

A terrible experience at this apartment, not recommended at all. There were four of us, and we were offered an apartment with a double bed and a sofa bed, but they never provided sheets for the sofa or towels for the shower, only enough for two people. Furthermore, when we arrived at the apartment, we had to wait half an hour because they hadn't contacted reception and had no record of our arrival. After a 12-hour flight, all you want is to arrive and rest, not have to wait for these problems to be resolved for over two hours.

Terrible service. I called to make a reservation and they sent me a payment link that doesn't work. They agreed to let me book over the phone with cash payment upon check-in. I called an Uber to go to the location. After a 40-minute Uber ride, they called to tell me they had already sold the room, and now I have to find another place at night. Awful service. 0 out of 0
