Hotel Mere
Alguns hóspedes também acharam o check-in/check-out lento e o estacionamento inconveniente e caro.

I travel frequently for work but don't always get to stay in 4+-star hotels. This was a leisure trip home to visit family. Overall, this is an excellent boutique hotel and dare I say the best hotel in the city. Great front-house-service. Impeccable, modern rooms with top notch (Molton and Brown) amenities. Great access to Cibo next door. Quiet river-facing room. As other reviewers have mentioned, parking can be a bit of challenge. I arrived on a Friday evening after a work day and 5-hr drive. There was no parking close by and I ended up paying for parking at two different private lots - once at the hotel upon check-in for a lot that didn't have any spaces, and then again at a lot where I found an open spot. Despite the parking challenge (and now that I know), I wouldn't think of staying at another hotel in the city (and I have).
A luxurious and unique hotel, ideally located for a 3-night stay.
I had such a great stay the location was great close to everything that I needed to be definitely this is my new hotel
This is my go to place to stay when I'm in Winnipeg. Everything is as advertised and the staff has always treated me very well.
Very modern, hip, hotel in a very quiet neighborhood with a great view of the river. It was a peaceful area to stay in the city with not too many homeless or mentally ill people around. I never felt unsafe staying here or walking around in the neighborhood, even after hearing stories of rampant crime here. The corridor in the hotel was pretty narrow, and we had to wait until it was clear of anyone before we were able to walk through it. The air conditioner flow was pretty strong, and we felt we had to either let it go full blast and get cold, or turn the system off. Despite these small nuances, it was very clean, and I appreciated that I was able to provide a gratuity for housekeeping directly by scanning a QR code. No need to fumble around for change. One thing I wished the room had was a vanity mirror outside of the bathroom. I had to use my compact mirror and bend my back over on a chair to apply my makeup and style my hair. Also, not a big deal, but the shower takes quite some time to adjust in temperature after you turn the knob. Oh, thank you so much for Molton Brown toiletries! They all smelled amazing! Lastly, there were hardly any inexpensive casual eateries open past 6pm at the Exchange or in Central Winnipeg as a matter of fact, so we either had to hike the 20 minutes to Forks Market (which had pretty excellent choices by the way) 3 nights out of our 4-night stay or fork up a lot of money for a proper sit down restaurant. Most likely, I probably would not return to Winnipeg, but if I were to, I would stay here again just for a great value hotel.
