love it I recommended

Hi, to make a short story, we are a transport company from Quebec. One of our drivers had a crash and the whole truck burned. We book a hotel room in Winnipeg so he could spend the night before flying him back the next morning. Everything he had in the truck burned, including his credit card. He had to jump out of the truck very quickly to not burn too. Since he didn’t have a physical credit card with him, the hotel never wanted to honor the reservation. We had already paid for the room. We even asked the hotel if we could fill out a form or something so they could take the security deposit from the same card used to pay. Everything was refused. They refused to refund the room and on top of that, they were really dumb with our whole team.

Great hotel, good location, very nice staff, great chef, happy we found this hotel and they had room. Its a good 3 star hotel and i gave it 4 stars because its well managed and they have made good upgrades to rooms and lobby - fun area

Service is exceptional. The room and facilities are clean and well maintained. Pool area is beautiful! Special thanks to Nikki at the front desk for going above and beyond to accommodate us throughout our stay for two Seniors.

Some websites only gave this motel a 2 star , which is a total misjustice. I was absolutely pleased with all aspects of our stay. Besides excellent service the beds were so hard to get out of, only because they were so comfortable!

Great size of rooms great staff just needs updating.
