Great Service!

The advertising was misleading; the rooms didn't have the amenities they advertised. We had one with a curtain as a wall. The bed was uncomfortable, the water was impossible to regulate, and we ran out of water mid-shower. The lighting was like a hospital's; it was very unpleasant. We only stayed one night and went to another place that was a thousand times better for the same price and in the same area. The only redeeming quality was the staff's friendliness.

It doesn't have secure parking. Nothing to see here.

A nice budget friendly establishment, awesome staff, highly recommended

This hotel was one of the worst I have ever stayed in. It was already bad enough that the rooms were absolutely filthy and the sheets were stained and dirty, but there were HUGE flying cockroaches!!! Yes, COCKROACHES! One flew onto my partner’s head! To make matters worse, the owner has no integrity. When I asked for a refund he assured me he would refund me if I didn’t leave a review. I agreed and left. Now, the next morning, Expedia emailed me saying that the owner is refusing to refund despite there being cockroaches in our room and the entire establishment being absolutely FILTHY. DO NOT STAY HERE. It’s not at all what it looks like in the photos! Save yourself the time and money.

Good service, great location, breakfast was limited but tasty. The room was sooooo dirty. The sheets hadn't been changed. They smelled of someone else's body odor. It was a truly filthy room. We booked a room for four people and got one for two. The host was very friendly, though. It's a shame about the hotel's cleanliness; otherwise, it would have been a great stay.

Booked the hotel through booking. By the time when we get there the receptionist left us. We were visiting costa rica because of this all my plans were canceled. Don’t get book this hotel. It’s a scam.
