What reviewers say

While some guests found the staff friendly and the location quiet and convenient, a significant number of reviews highlight serious cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, stained sheets, and the presence of bugs like cockroaches and ants. There are also multiple reports of guests being robbed and a lack of helpfulness from staff in such situations.

We were robbed here, which apparently happens very often. No one helped or cared and everyone acted weird and not friendly afterwards which led us to believe everyone got a kickback of some sort. Breakfast is terrible but the place is really cute and kitschy. If you need to get rid of your stuff before you travel, this is a great place to do it!

The service was excellent. The room was clean. Small (actually smaller than any I've ever seen while traveling). Bathroom, just okay.
