Urban Green Hotel & Suites

I love this hotel, it has an excellent location!

A pleasant hotel in downtown San José for relaxing. It includes gym and sauna access, as well as breakfast. Definitely a good option.

The hotel is in a great location, centrally located near several places to visit. The rooms are nice. The breakfast service is terrible; the machine in the lobby is much faster. One of the reception staff members was very nice, always helpful with recommendations and attentive to our needs (we had to go downstairs a couple of times because the room key card wasn't working).

The room was filled with a strong air freshener smell. The key card kept breaking. There was no hairdryer in the room, and they never brought one. The bathroom smelled strongly of sewage. It was terrible for the price. You should avoid it.

Good place to go

I had the pleasure of staying here for one night, and it was a pleasant experience. The accommodation offers good value for the price. The bed was quite comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised by how substantial the breakfast was; I couldn't even finish everything provided. While there were no windows, the only area I believe could be enhanced is the bathroom, particularly the shower. For some reason, the water temperature was difficult to regulate, fluctuating between excessively hot and cold every few seconds during my shower.
