It's pretty standard; the bar staff are quick, and I went to an event and got straight to the ticket booth. It's super enclosed because it's a basement, but at least there's air conditioning, which helps prevent you from feeling suffocated by the crowds and the smoke, haha. Security is very attentive to everyone, which I appreciated since it helps prevent any altercations.
