Amazing stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back!
nice hotel
My family stayed at Embassy Suites Dulles Aug 28–30 and were disappointed. While the hotel is close to the airport, the surrounding area is extremely unattractive. Unknown to us, this part of Virginia has the most data centers in the world, and the environment feels cold, industrial, and dystopian. One evening there was a car show nearby and the hotel parking lot was completely full. Police were everywhere and said they were waiting for tow trucks, and that this happens often when there is a show. We couldn’t get into the lot at first. When we finally found a spot, it was behind the building and not wheelchair accessible. My disabled mother had to be lifted in her wheelchair over steps and a curb just to get inside. The front desk staff was great, but the breakfast experience was not. The omelette cook was unfriendly, seemed irritated, and wore street clothes with no apron or gloves. I must say though the omelets were delicious. Other members of the kitchen area were extremely friendly and hospitable. The Omelette man just acted like he wanted to be home instead of making omelets for the guests. The hotel also felt worn and the beds were very uncomfortable. Overall, not the quality we expect from Embassy Suites. I have had better experiences at other Embassy Suites and very disappointed after this past weekend's stay.
Quick and easy check in, they have a happy hour with snacks and drinks (each night one free Bud/Bud Light beer or house well drink) and a breakfast for guests. Rooms are going to be renovated late this year but suites are comfortable and have a lot of space. Center space open to the ground floor, elevators a bit slow. Some parts of the facility need maintenance, but very convenient to the restaurants next door, nice to have a little mini suite and two TVs, good sized bathroom and outside sink. Downside was a lockbox that blocked the closing of the closet door without being locked/held in place.
Room, Breakfast, Commom areas , Bar all liked 100%. My only problem is the internet 🛜 is so bad....Wifi is horrible totally unreliable and cellphones within the propert Verizon and Tmobile is pretty bad as well ...
On May 25, 2026, we made ten confirmed Hilton reservations totaling approximately 20 room-nights for wedding guests. Between June 15 and July 5, I called the hotel’s sales office three times and left a voicemail each time. None was returned. On July 8, after moving the reservations to another hotel, I emailed the general manager and received no reply. After I contacted Hilton Guest Assistance on July 14, a sales manager responded, apologized for the missed communication, explained that the reservations had been entered individually rather than as a formal group block, and offered to establish a courtesy block. By then, we had already made other arrangements. I appreciate the eventual apology, but timely communication is essential during wedding planning, and the lack of response caused us to move our business elsewhere. We did not stay at this property, so this review is limited to our pre-arrival sales and booking experience.
