O aGLIFF é a mostra anual de cinema LGBTQ+ realizada todo setembro em Austin. Um dos festivais LGBTQ+ de cinema mais relevantes do sul dos Estados Unidos, apresenta longas, curtas, documentários e animações dos EUA e do exterior, com presença de cineastas, sessões de Q&A, debates e eventos comunitários ao redor das exibições. O festival roda em cinemas independentes e de arte de Austin. Fundado em 1987, marcou presença constante no calendário cultural LGBTQ+ da cidade durante toda a transformação dela, de capital estadual a destino global de tecnologia e cultura. Setembro é um bom mês para visitar Austin: o calor extremo do verão começa a ceder, a temporada do SXSW já passou e a cidade está em ritmo mais tranquilo.
