Bangor Grande Hotel & Conference Center

Stayed 2 nights while visiting the area. Did not prebook but was greeted when we arrived and relieved when they had the double bed room that we were looking for. Easy check in. Room was nice and clean. Hot water and water pressure were good. Hallways and such were clean and quiet. Plenty of parking. Convenient location. Could hear the planes but being so close to the airport that is expected.

I was checking out of that place on June 6th 2026 at 4:30am and my bracelet was stolen I was outside the entrance talking to this guy Matthew I believe this is where the bracelet was stolen as I must of dropped it but there are CAMERAS and the hotel would not look at them VERY SUSPICIOUS it’s a $4,000 14k Gold Presidential Bracelet so it’s definitely a felony amount I just finally got the police to look into it I don’t know why I had to call them 3 times ether but don’t come here if you want your things stolen on camera and they won’t help you thanks Sandy the General Manager who couldn’t even come to the phone she had another employee Nick tell me they will not be looking into it well the cops are now and I don’t give up I want my bracelet back

Bro it sucked I'm ten but these people the beds were comfortable but the toilet didn't flush the pool was closed I went to a concert and I couldn't use the pool but today I couldn't it was closed 1 star never come here it sucked I'm never coming here again I was very upset about the pool I was crying when I got home cuz I did not get to go swimming I'm so very very very very very very very disappointed even lane was mad it's a weekend it should be open on weekends it's only because of a stupid water thing that can burn your skin

Stayed May 22nd-23rd. At check in the young ladies behind the desk were professional, courteous and warm. My room was 128 right by door #2, key worked the first time and everytime. It was very clean, tidy, free bottled water, usual amenities in the bathroom, plenty of clean soft towels. Back in the room the ac/heat was easy to operate, the TV is HUGE 48" or 52". In the area in the past I have stayed at the Hojo, Holiday Inn and Super 8 none have a room tv this big. The bed was comfortable. Never hear anyone during the night though sometimes the toilet would run. The restaurant food is very good and fairly priced, service was excellent both for dinner and breakfast. The grounds outside were clean, plenty of lighting, I felt secure. In checking out (this is why you are getting only 4 stars) the young man behind the desk called me, "bud" twice instead of sir. His name tag was turned around. Even so I would stay here again.

Inexpensive, and pretty good. Not perfect. Toilet bowl had a crack. Also did not flush well. Pet rooms are all on the second floor, which is cumbersome. Restaurant is excellent. Try the steak tips.

The rooms are little outdated but that's my only complaint. I'm paranoid about everything. I sanitized both rooms we booked and they were very clean. The staff was absolutely amazing. Morgan at the front desk is literally every guest dream. Pleasant, helpful, respectful and a personality out of this world. When we called to say we'd be a little late Morgan made sure we knew it was ok. Not only joking and making us laugh but making sure we were accommodated if needed. Morgan along would make our family return to this hotel!!!

Honestly not a great experience. The service was good, morgan at the front desk was very kind and helpful. However the first room we were in was disgusting. We found an empty fireball container under the mattress. There were suspicious markings on the wall that looked like something was "squirted" on there. Hair in the bathroom and stains all over the mattress and bedframe. The halls smelled like smoke and I just overall was not impressed. I asked to be moved to another room which was better. Wouldn't come here a second time.

This place is disgusting. Check the bed before staying here.
