Courtyard by Marriott Youngstown Canfield

Came here for work and was told this is the best hotel in the area. We didn’t try any others because we figured we would take the advice we were given. The staff here is so kind and so helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. I was here for a week in February and I’m here for a week now in March.

This hotel, along with the Springhill & Town Place Suites in front of it, are clearly owned and managed by a great group. As a Titanium Elite traveler, it’s the little things I appreciate. - A warm welcome - Concise and speedy check in process - Clean property, facilities and rooms - and a welcome gift. Thanks team!

Love this hotel and the court yard out back. This was a very nice, clean, and quiet place to stay.

I had a great stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Canfield, OH. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service at the front desk. The woman working the front desk on Friday, 1/16 went above and beyond to help me with a request and did so with genuine friendliness and professionalism. Her willingness to go out of her way made my stay even better and did not go unnoticed. Excellent customer service like that makes a big difference. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is beautiful and new. The housekeeping is lacking and so is the front desk. My colleague and I stayed here in October and for me, it was the housekeeping that needed some additional training. I had no tissues, so I had to go to the front desk to request. The next day, after housekeeping came, no floor mat, no toilet paper at all! I had to then request that. My colleague had wrong items on his bill and it took over a week to get the wrong charges removed (he was accused of lying as well). I had a follow up call from the District Manager who was combative from the get-go. He wasn't listening to me and was just super defensive. Weird for a District Manager who is addressing a negative survey IMHO. To top all of this off, he promised me 5000 points to my account (so did the gal at the front desk when I had to ask for all paper products) and I have yet to receive any additional points two months later. My company will no longer be staying here, we will be at a Hilton property down the street.

Great and relaxing place after a hard day's travel and work , the restaurant on grounds served awesome food with a favorite pub feel

This is a quiet, upscale Courtyard property, honestly in the best condition of the same tier of Marriotts I've stayed at in years. The rooms are great, but note it is a FIRM mattress. Very nice attached bar/restaurant and easy walk past the wonderful firepit outside patio seating.
