Staff were helpful when electrical issues made us switch rooms. Nice big rooms, great for dogs.

Love love love this hotel. Being able to choose your room is so clutch. Self check in, the digital room key, the room size, the full kitchen. Good value for your money. It was a really nice stay. This is the 2nd time I've had my daughter's birthday party here and the girls had a great time at the pool. I'm sure they got on everyone's nerves (including mine) leaving the elevator and first floor floors filled with water, but they had fun. They said that their breakfast was good the next morning also. My only complaint is that the pool has way too much chlorine for the size of that pool. You can't keep kids from having fun but all of their eyes were bloodshot red, their hair was stiffening and even changing colors due to the chlorine. I had to explain to one of the girls mom that I believe the chlorine did that because we definitely didn't do anything to her hair. She'd only gone swimming. Please watch that going forward.

We went on vacation with my family with our dog and my son. We spoke to the front desk and I advised him that my dog is a service dog and my son is a ADHD. The manager was sarcastic and asking me what’s the purpose of the dog and I advised him it’s for my son who has ADHD and I even show him my service dog ID identification. But the manager was sarcastic with a smirk on his face didn’t accept my service dog identification and ask me what’s the purpose of the dog asking me again and again. This is the first a hotel who gave me an hard time and asking me what’s the purpose of my dog and I already advised him. It’s a service dog and it’s for my son who’s a special needs person. I want to report to the manager and he said he’s the manager and he denied my service dog request. We have no choice but to obliged. This is the last time we are going to this hotel.

Had a couple minor issues that Dina took care of professionally. Her Gabby and Tara are all great. Would recommend staying knowing how this team handles customer feedback. Thanks again!

Easy to get to location. Big parking lot. Trailers can fit well in many of the spots. Nice lobby area. Check in desk was quick and easy, prior reservation made it very easy. Professional and friendly at the desk too. Pets are allowed here. Call ahead and make sure they've got a room with pets allowed before to ensure your room.

Very clean and beautiful room. Great to have a small kitchen right in your room. Very convenient and easy check in and out process with the app. Love not having to go to front desk to check in. Very accommodating check out time at 12pm. The only thing I would say I would change is the breakfast options. Wish there was more variety. Overall a great experience.

The suites a reasonably priced and have a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, a full sized refrigerator, dishware and utensils. There are a few things I look for when I stay at a hotel and this place had them all. First of all, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was quiet, spacious, very clean, the thermostat was responsive, the tv controller was easy to use, the hot water was great along with the water pressure, the staff was friendly and helpful, wifi was easily accessed, and streaming was available on the tv. The location was convenient, right off of I-80. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely stay here again on my next time through.

Super quiet and probably the most comfortable bed I've slept in. Breakfast was good and parkinglot was plenty adequate. I Found a little kitty wandering around the back parkinglot. I named him Great Catsby, please be kind, very skiddish Edit stayed several months later, place is still great. Softest sheets ever. Slept like a baby
