A beautiful hotel! Great decor. Great location. Great attention to detail.

Great being downtown. However the room is meh, There's a chair for watching your girl get stretched in the room and service here is a joke. If theres nothing better this will do, but a motel 6 is better in every way

Our stay at The Hotel Chalet in June 2026 was nothing short of exceptional, and it exceeded every expectation we had going in. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality set the tone for an unforgettable visit. Ainsley at the front desk truly embodies Southern hospitality. She was incredibly kind and welcoming, and went above and beyond by taking the time to personally show us the Sleeper Car Suite, which was an experience in itself. Her warmth and attention to detail made us feel immediately at home. At the bar, Ivan crafted one of the best Campari spritzes I’ve had and enriched the experience by sharing the history of the property. It added a meaningful layer to our stay and made the space feel even more special. Dinner was another highlight. Jenna provided outstanding service, and the setting on the outdoor patio with live music was simply perfect. Hearing her cover “Redbone” by Childish Gambino was such a fun and unexpected touch, and it made the evening feel uniquely memorable. Our guest room was beautifully designed, stylish, quiet, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed. The robes and bath amenities were especially luxurious and added to the overall sense of comfort. The pool was exactly what we hoped for, refreshing under the hot daytime sun and perfectly warm for a relaxing dip after evening cocktails. It struck that rare balance that made it enjoyable at any time of day. This trip was deeply rejuvenating for both my girlfriend and me. The Hotel Chalet created an experience that felt both elevated and personal, and we are already looking forward to our next visit.

My family and I visit Chattanooga at least once a year and Hotel Chalet never disappoints. From the time we checked in with Maddie until the time we checked out with Juan and Sam, the front desk team was such a delight. The rooms are ALWAYS clean; thank you to the housekeeping staff, and I appreciate how their team goes out of their way to make our experience memorable. We typically venture off the property for food, but the hotel restaurant, Elsie’s Daughter, was delicious!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Hotel Chalet in Chattanooga! The staff went above and beyond to make our son’s birthday special, even surprising him with a birthday cake. We stayed in one of the sleeper cars, which was incredibly comfortable and such a unique experience. Our son absolutely loved it—almost a month later, he’s still talking about spending his birthday in a sleeper car! Everyone we encountered was welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The thoughtful touches and outstanding hospitality made this a trip we’ll never forget. We can’t wait to come back again this fall!

I am truly blown away by the character and beauty of this hotel. It has incredible value for the price, especially booking through a third party. I would love to return here again!

We spent a few days at the Hotel Chalet. It was a bit of a mixed bag of experiences. The hotel is in a fantastic area, very close walking distance to numerous great restaurants, bars and breweries. The rooms are nice and staff very welcoming. I guess the experience falls apart with communication. We brought our cat and researched if they allowed pets, they just mentioned they allowed it but made no mention of a $50 pet fee until check in time. Also at check-in they mentioned that since we booked direct, we got free coffee and pastries from the lobby each morning and 2 free welcome drinks from the bar. None of this turned out to be true. Oh well,
