The Hotel Chalet
Visitors frequently praise the Hotel Chalet for its beautiful and unique decor, as well as its convenient downtown location. However, some guests found the rooms to be underwhelming and the service to be poor, with one reviewer stating a Motel 6 was better in every way.

The hotel is beautiful and so unique. In this day of “cookie cutter” hotels, this one stands out! I had dinner at Elsie’s daughter. The food was delicious and my server Jodi was amazing. 10 out of 10 recommend! I was here for a convention and the Hotel Chalet is conveniently located close to the convention center.
A unique place with an interesting concept. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.
I Don’t stay at the Hotel but we talked with Dian and she’s so nice person, she gives us a tour around the hotel and the history about the hotel.
We didn't stay at the hotel but Dian took time to show us around. The rooms are beautiful, especially the train rooms. She was fantastic! One of my friends was celebrating her birthday and she got her a "little something". Service 100%
I reached out to Alan to book a night for my wife’s birthday this weekend. He and his team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful. Dian reached out to us and left us chocolate, flowers for my wife and a little stuffed animal for my daughter. The coffee and pastries were amazing at the coffee bar. We will definitely be back due to the level of hospitality and care The Hotel Chalet showed us this weekend.
We spent 3 nights at hotel Chalet earlier this week. Ainsley at the front desk was so warm & welcoming. She gave us great recommendations for breweries & restaurants in the area. The hotel is located in a very central place. The staff at the hotel were all very nice & welcoming, it was a great choice.
