Our Stay at the Villa D’ Citta was extraordinary. Don, Gina and Rosa provided fabulous and welcoming service. The accommodations were first class and the quality of the environment was remarkable. The setting and the amazing design elements made us feel like we were in a high end home in Italy. Fabulous setting with yummy food and drink topped off our experience. We will be back again.

Perfect location in Lincoln Park with beautiful patio to sit and sip your complimentary glass of wine. Beds were comfy and Rosa and Gina served up a yummy breakfast. Will definitely be back!

This is a unique B&B in a great neighborhood. The hospitality and food service were great, especially Rosa's breakfast tacos.

We loved the villa! We stayed in the Milan suite which was absolutely perfect. The bed was so comfortable and it was very very clean. We loved everything they had to offer. Amazing kitchen with lots of yummies 😊. Made our own cannolis at 1:00 am. The location is amazing. We can walk to everywhere! We sat upstairs and the outside patio which is beautiful! We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub but next time we definitely will! In the kitchen area they had wine from the wall, I mean, hello! Definitely better than any of those hotels we have stayed in Chicago. You will definitely love this place!

We loved the ambiance, the food was exceptional, the rooms were well decorated, and Rosa and Gina were very friendly. Highly recommend staying here! Would return.

I truly can’t say enough about this hidden gem in the heart of Chicago! These owners don’t miss one detail. They have it all covered with excellent quality and well as friendly charm. You are instantly made to feel as though you are part of the family! Gina was so sweet , we talked for a bit and I just love her! Rosa is such an asset to help the owners. I’m counting the days til I come back with my husband! I’m so excited to return! The cannoli! The breakfast! The frozen ice! The d’ matos bread with lunch meat ! These owners had a vision / dream and let me tell you they 5star nailed it!!!!

LOVED LOVED LOVED this place, although the room felt a bit small. (although we adapted to it). The owners did a great job fixing up the place -- felt a real sense of history, not to mention their fine "craftsmanship" and attention to detail (which I truly appreciated.)

My best friend and U stayed here for a fun girls' weekend -- we wanted to treat ourselves to a littke decadence. Villa d' Cutta did not disappoint! Customer service is unparalleled. Gina and Don are gracious hosts! The mansion and rooms are gorgeous-- every detail was perfect! You can sense the love that went into creating this incredible space for a one-of-a-kind experience. I haven't felt this taken care of in a long time -- this is a very special place. Beds are comfortable and snuggly. The kitchen is stocked and open to you any time of day. Breakfast is delicious -- don't miss it! Coffee is delicious! Gina's French toast is so yummy -' and she made it especially for me, which was so sweet!! Thank you for all your loving hospitality! We will be back soon:)

Superb find and very central to Lincoln Park but just far enough to be a quiet retreat too! We look forward to our next visit!

I don't come a often as I use to but my most recent visit wasn't too great. The whole building was freezing while it was already cold outside, which made my mother utterly uncomfortable even after we complained. The guest in the kitchen at breakfast looked at my family and I like we didn't belong, even when we spoke they completely ignored us, which again made us feel uncomfortable. I don't like feeling uncomfortable in a place that is supposed to be a home away from home. This makes it hard to recommend this place to someone if simple accommodations to make guest happy can't be made.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Villa D'Citta! The atmosphere was welcoming, the beds were comfortable and food was delicious! Would love to stay here again 👍

We were there for a short staycation. The Villa is a great location! The food served and available for snacking is superb. The owners are very responsive and friendly. The rooms are incredible! We'll be back.
